The Rosary

"The rosary is the book of the blind, where souls see and there enact the greatest drama of love the world has ever known; it is the book of the simple, which initiates them into mysteries and knowledge more satisfying than the education of other men; it is the book of the aged, whose eyes close upon the shadow of this world, and open on the substance of the next. The power of the rosary is beyond description." - Archbishop Fulton Sheen

For this Holy event, the focus of our adoration and worship is Jesus Christ and His presence in the Eucharist.  The primary prayer of this event is that of the rosary.  The rosary has a rich and long history in the Church and is a powerful prayer for peace in our world.  Pray the rosary daily!  Come and pray it with us on May 13th in the Cotton Bowl.  Let us, by the thousands, lift up our prayers together as One Body in Christ.

Members of the Body will be praying the rosary all over the world on May 13th.  Pray it with us in the Cotton Bowl...or pray it with us from wherever you are in the world [see Global Living Rosary Around the World].

"I look to all of you, brothers and sisters of every state of life, to you, Christian families, to you, the sick and elderly, and to you, young people: confidently take up the Rosary once again. Rediscover the Rosary in the light of Scripture, in harmony with the Liturgy, and in the context of your daily lives." - Pope John Paul II [Read more from the Pope on the Rosary - ROSARIUM VIRGINIS MARIAE]
